What is the PTO? PTO stands for Parent Teacher Organization and that's just what it is: a group of dedicated parents and faculty at Walden Elementary working together to promote the very best in academic opportunities for our students. We organize and promote programs that will enrich our students' curriculum and make learning interactive and fun! The PTO funds special assembly programs, field trip transportation, kindergarten welcome packages and more! We have been able to purchase a rock climbing wall for the gym, an inflatable planetarium (Star Lab), and many other items that add to our children's experience at WES.
