  • LANDLORD STATEMENT

    If you rent without a lease (on a month to month basis) the attached Landlord Statement should be completed by your landlord and returned along with a utility bill or utility connection receipt in your name. If all utilities are included in the rent, other documentation may be considered to establish residency. Additionally, the attached "Residency Questionnaire and Affidavit of Residence" must be completed by all families registering for the first time, or those changing an existing address.

  • RESIDENCY AFFIDAVITS

    If you reside with a Valley Central resident (do not own or rent your own home) the attached set of Residency Affidavits may be completed and submitted for consideration to establish residency in the Valley Central School District. Additional supporting documents (see attached list) should also be submitted for consideration. The attached "Residency Questionnaire and Affidavit of Residence" must be completed by all families registering for the first time, or those changing an existing address.
