Through collaboration with the Orange County Youth Bureau, the Montgomery Youth Movement Council has been established to make stronger connections between schools, students, and the community. One of the more recent efforts of the group has been to survey the youth in the Valley Central School District to gain a better understanding of their likes and dislikes. The Council needs to know what teenagers are interested in so that they can plan events within the community for students to attend that can help channel their energy in a positive way.
