• Budget Work Session- January 13, 2020

    Seeking Public Input from Community Members

    A Work Session of the Board of Education is scheduled to take place on Monday, January 13, 2020, at 5:30 p.m. in the Administration Building for
    the purpose of discussing the 2020-2021 Budget. Members of the community are invited to offer input and opinions to help develop a budget
    that will support the District’s Goals:

     Increase Student Achievement
    • Foster college and career readiness and life-long learning
    • Foster a diverse and inclusive culture                                                                                                                                                                •Educate the whole child in an engaging environment which promotes student-centered learning

    Attract and Retain a Knowledgeable and Dedicated Staff
    • Build a collaborative learning community that nourishes and empowers a staff that creates a culture for innovation, creativity and growth
    • Have a District in which all stakeholders are trusted, valued and supported
    • Offer opportunities to develop a highly trained and diverse staff

    Serve as the Cornerstone of the Community
    • Establish partnerships based on open communication, trust and
    collaboration with the community
    • Maintain high quality schools that are an investment for our
    • Maintain a welcoming and accessible environment for the whole
    child, whole staff and whole community

    Maintain and Improve the Facilities to Support Goals 1 – 3
    • Provide healthy, safe, attractive and state-of-the-art facilities
