Company Handling Election Ballots Informs District of Late Mailing for Upcoming Budget Vote and BOE Election

The Valley Central School District and many other school districts across New York State have been working with third party companies to print and mail voter absentee ballots for the 2020-2021 school budget vote and Board of Education election.  The company handling a number of district’s mailings, including Valley Central’s informed us last night that the VCSD mailing has been delayed.  Valley Central is currently working assiduously to ensure this problem is resolved in a timely manner.

This information is of great concern to us a district and to you as voters. We will be setting up locked ballot-boxes for your votes at each of our school buildings, including ALC. If you feel your mailed vote will not reach us in time for the June 9th deadline, we urge you to use the drop box location closest to you.

Any questions you have may be directed to the District Clerk at 845-457-2400 ext. 18511 or emailed to
