This Virtual Parent Information Night is designed for parents of students with disabilities in 9th through 12th grade. Representatives from ACCES-VR and LIFEPlan CCO NY will present.
Adult Career and Continuing Education Services-Vocational Rehabilitation (ACCES-VR) assists individuals with disabilities to achieve and maintain employment and to support independent living through training, education, rehabilitation, and career development.
LIFEPlan CCO NY helps people and families navigate the eligibility, intake, and enrollment process to connect to services within the Care Coordination Organization Network, including Health Home Care Management.
