The Boys & Girls Clubs have operated the Town of Wallkill Summer Day Camp for more than 30 years in the beautiful C. Hudson Thompson Memorial Park, more commonly referred to as Circleville Park, in Circleville, NY.
For eight weeks each summer they provide daily activities, ranging from traditional sports like tennis, soccer, basketball, and baseball to arts & crafts, “Game Zone,” and “Ultimate Journey,” a hiking and exploring program that takes full advantage of all the park has to offer. The lake provides them with the opportunity to offer boating, fishing, and swimming daily.
They host a Junior Camp for children in Grades K-2 & Main Camp for children in Grades 3-9.
This year, camp will operate 4 two-week sessions held Monday through Friday, 9am – 3pm.
Before Camp programming will also be offered from 6-9am and After Camp programming from 3pm-6pm daily at an additional cost.
The camp is looking to hire 15 year old’s in a Counselor In Training Program and 16 year old’s and up as Camp Counselors.
