Walden Elementary Received Donation of 518 Books!

Walden Elementary Principal, Greg Heideman with boxes containing 518 books collected and donated by Class of 2020 graduate Zach Kuenzi on the steps of the school. Also pictured are Zach's father and brother.
Zach Kuenzi and his father and brother deliver boxes of books they collected from the community to Walden Elementary School. Principal Greg Heidemann was very happy to accept the donation on the behalf of VCSD.

Class of 2021 senior, Zach Kuenzi donated 518 books to WES on July 31,2020. 
Zach, with the help of his father Davin and brother Zeke, have been facilitating a program titled Take A Look at A Book for a few years now. They ask for book donations from the community and then donate these new/slightly used books to our schools. They have already donated to Berea and EC in the past.
