The Valley Central varsity boys’ wrestling team secured an impressive victory over Newburgh in the quarterfinal round of the Section IX Dual Meet Championships. With this win, the Vikings advance to both the Semi-Finals and Finals of one of the biggest events of the Section IX winter sports season.
The Semi-Finals and Finals will take place at Minisink Valley High School on Wednesday, January 14, 2026.
