Valley Central School District is proud to introduce Gabrielle Pena as a member of the Top 25 Graduates of the Class of 2026. She is ranked #22 in her class. We asked Gabrielle some questions about her time at VC and her future plans and here are her answers:
Q: What honor societies are you a member of?
A: “Art Honor Society (NART), English Honor Society, Gradus Honoris, Social Studies Honor Society, and Spanish Honor Society.”
Q: What sports have you been involved with during High School?
A: “Swimming/Diving.”
Q: What clubs have you been involved with during your high school?
A: “Set Design, Cultural Diversity Club, For the Animals, and VC Dream.”
Q: What are your plans following HS? If college, which one do you plan to attend?
A: “Ramapo College of New Jersey Nursing.”
Q: What are your hopes for your career plans?
A: “I plan on specializing in labor and delivery nursing, and improving the quality of service and care provided to expecting mothers.”
Q: What will you remember about your years spent at Valley Central?
A: “I will remember the best teachers of all time (Ms. Gliedman, Portillo, and Hernandez ). I will also never forget the friends I made from countless extracurriculars and college-level classes.”
