Identify the organization that sponsors your EAP.
You and the EAP Specialist will discuss your concerns. Recommendations will be offered as to how you might best deal with your issues.
When needed, we will recommend appropriate community resources for additional assistance.

We will not share information about your personal situation with your employer or any other person unless you authorize it in writing.

All EAP services are provided to covered employees and their family members at no charge.
There may, however, be some cost if you decide to accept an EAP referral to community services and these services are not fully covered by your medical insurance plan.
