Valley Central School District is proud to introduce Nicteha Rivera as a member of the Top 25 Graduates of the Class of 2026. She is ranked #8 in her class. We asked Nicteha some questions about her time at VC and her future plans and here are her answers:
Q: What honor societies are you a member of?
A: “English Honor Society, Gradus Honoris, Math Honor Society, Social Studies Honor Society, Science Honor Society, Spanish Honor Society, and Tri-M Honor Society.”
Q: What clubs have you been involved with during your time in High School?
A: “Valkyries.”
Q: What are your plans following High School? If college, which one do you plan to attend?
A: “Binghamton University – Chemistry major.”
Q: What are your hopes for your career plans?
A: “In the future, I aspire to become a materials chemist. Later on, I hope to advance my professional journey through chemistry based research.”
Q: What will you remember about your years spent at Valley Central?
A: “I will definitely miss my years here at VC. I will never forget the fun experiences I’ve had since I moved into the district in the third grade. From elementary field days to high school dances like homecoming and prom, these experiences will always live like vivid and joyful memories in my heart.”
