PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held by the Board of
Education of the Valley Central School District on Monday, August 25, 2025, at
5:30 p.m. in the Administration Building at 944 State Route 17K, Montgomery,
New York, prior to the scheduled Regular Board meeting, for the purpose of
reviewing the District’s Code of Conduct and Plain Language Summary, pursuant to Chapter 181 of the Laws of 2000 and Sections 2801 and 2802 of the Education Law of the State of New York.
