An educational program for adults may be established and maintained. The program shall provide opportunities for adults of the school district to receive instruction in various areas.
Recommendations for such courses shall be issued by the Superintendent of Schools, subject to the approval of the Board of Education.
The registration fee shall be set by the Board and all books and course materials will be purchased by the students. Special courses which are not part of the regular instructional program may be established, however students enrolled must meet the costs of such programs through tuition payments.
