Arrival/Drop Off

Arrival is no earlier than 7:45 a.m. (Classes begin promptly at 8:00 a.m.)
Upon arrival, please follow signs to the rear of the middle school building, which can be located by staying to the right when turning into the main entrance of the campus. For additional reference, the summer school entrance is next to the basketball court at the back of the building.

Drop-off is a “goodbye and go” process. This means you may loop around the
parking lot and drop off your child near the blue cones for them to walk to the
summer school entrance. There is a large sign above the entrance doors that says “Summer School/ Regents Prep” Please note the front entrance of both the High School and Middle School is closed for entry due to construction.
Student parking is available in the parking lot near the student drop-off area.
If your child has scheduling conflicts, please reach out to myself, or Dr. Murphy to discuss arrangements for drop off.

Dismissal/Pick Up

Student who only have first period scheduled will be dismissed when class ends. Specifically, if a student has Period 1, dismissal is at 9:00 a.m.
All prep classes end promptly at 10:00 a.m. Please park in an available parking
space and pick up your child near the rear, outdoor basketball court. There will be adequate signage and personnel to ensure students exit the building promptly.

Thank you for your time and co-operation in this matter. We are looking forward to seeing our students.

Sincerely,
Mrs. Manson Henry & Dr. Murphy
