The Superintendent of Schools shall administer the district according to a K-5, 6-8, 9-12 plan of organization. If the Superintendent of Schools finds that changes in this basic plan are desirable because of shifts in enrollment or other consideration, he/she shall propose modifications to the Board of Education for its consideration and approval.
