A program of curriculum development and improvement shall be carried on by the district so as to provide an optimal education to district students. A continuous review and upgrading of all components of the curriculum shall be the responsibility of the Superintendent of Schools and the administrative and professional staff. The Superintendent shall make periodic reports and recommendations to the Board of Education for curriculum revisions and new programs.
