5320- Student Conduct on School Buses

Some students are eligible for bus transportation to and from school. All such students are permitted to ride only in the bus to which they are assigned. Information about bus transportation may be obtained from the school.

Students shall not be disorderly or disruptive while utilizing District transportation. They are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with the Code of Conduct while on the bus or waiting for or exiting the bus. Students who fail to do so may be subject to discipline, including
the suspension of their riding privileges. If a student’s transportation privileges are suspended or revoked, the student’s parent or guardian will become responsible for seeing that his/or her child is transported safely to and from school.
