No solicitor, salesperson or agent shall come into any school building or upon any school property and solicit business other than school business from any school employee. In the case of school business, he/she shall receive permission from the Superintendent of Schools or the Building Principal before soliciting any school employee in that building. Such person(s) shall not in anyway interfere with regular school operating procedures.
