Parenting Engagement and Needs Assessment

Cornell Cooperative Extension’s Family & Consumer Sciences team is conducting a Parenting Engagement and Needs Assessment to better understand what services, workshops, and resources families need — and when and where they’d prefer to access them.

The survey takes just 5–7 minutes to complete. All questions are optional, and participants who provide an email address will be entered into a drawing for one of two $50 grocery gift cards. Emails will only be used for prize notification or future focus group coordination.
