This Virtual Parent Information Night is designed for parents of students with disabilities in 9th through 12th grade.  Representatives from ACCES-VR and LIFEPlan CCO NY will present.

Adult Career and Continuing Education Services-Vocational Rehabilitation (ACCES-VR) assists individuals with disabilities to achieve and maintain employment and to support independent living through training, education, rehabilitation, and career development.  Find out more about ACCES-VR here.

LIFEPlan CCO NY helps people and families navigate the eligibility, intake, and enrollment process to connect to services within the Care Coordination Organization Network, including Health Home Care Management.
