On January 12, 2022, a student was found in possession of an air-soft gun. The Valley Central High School Administrators were made aware of this
incident at approximately 10:00 AM this morning. An immediate investigation followed. Upon initial investigation it was concluded that there was no immediate threat.
Witnesses were spoken to with the assistance of the Town of Montgomery Police department. At this time, the student that was in possession of the air-soft gun is being addressed.
All safety issues are taken seriously and investigated thoroughly. The administrators would like to thank the individuals who came forward to report the incident. We would also like to remind everyone that we all have a responsibility to report any safety issues.
