Girls Relay Team Qualifies for NYS Indoor Track and Field Championships

Congratulations to the Valley Central Girls 4x200m relay team on qualifying for the NYS Indoor Track and Field Championships. MES Kindergartners Sing At Montgomery Nursing Home

Kindergartners from MES visited Montgomery Nursing Home for Valentine’s Day to perform songs and share Valentine wishes with the residents.  This year, one of the residents, Ed, offered to accompany the students on the piano.  The students sang Ed’s favorite song, “You Are My Sunshine” much to everyone’s delight. 

Lilly Ellison Wins Scholarship

Congratulations to VCHS Senior, Lilly Ellison!  Lilly was chosen as a semi-finalist for the National Honor Society Scholarship award and is receiving a $3,200 scholarship given by the National Honor Society. Lilly will be celebrated in a National Honor Society virtual award ceremony on February 28th.
