Today our flags are flown are lowered as the entire Valley Central School District remembers the ten East Coldenham children whose lives were lost in 1989 during the moment of silence ~ “In light of the anniversary of the East Coldenham tragedy and in honor of other friends and family members we have lost, we dedicate a moment of silence.”
