Attention Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors:
Are you interested in a hands-on job or a Construction Career after high school?
The Guidance Office will be taking interested 10th, 11th, and 12th graders to the Hudson Valley Construction Career Day on Friday April 12th, 2024, at Rockland County Community College. There will be over 10 different local construction unions in attendance.
Students will have the opportunity to meet members of Local Construction Unions to learn about each trade within the Construction Field. Some examples are: plumbers, electricians, carpenters, welders, crane operators, painters, sheet metal, and iron workers … and more. There will be hands-on activities and you will learn about different career options and about paid training opportunities.
There are limited spots for the trip so please sign up TODAY and please submit a completed permission slip to the guidance office as soon as possible. The due date to sign up will be Friday, March 22. You can find the permission slip below, or you can pick one up in the guidance office.
